The initial fee covers entering the case, reviewing available evidence, communicating with the prosecutor and court, negotiating, advising the client, and completing a negotiated disposition.
An adversarial hearing is a contested trial, suppression hearing, evidentiary hearing, or similar proceeding requiring the presentation of evidence or legal argument. The additional fee must be paid before preparation for the hearing begins.

Will I Have to Appear?
The firm can often appear for the client, but this depends on the court and the case. Unless Mustain Law Firm confirms in writing that your appearance is excused, you should attend every scheduled court date.
How to Get Started
1. Contact Mustain Law Firm, PLLC about Traffic Representation
Send a clear copy of the front and back of your citation, along with your full name, date of birth, and contact information.
2. We Review Your Matter
The firm will conduct a conflict check, review the information provided, and determine whether it can offer representation. Please allow two to three business days for this process. Weekends and holidays are not included.
3. Sign and Pay
If the firm accepts the case, you will receive an electronic representation agreement. Representation begins only after the agreement is signed and the required initial fee is paid.

-
The required initial fee is paid or another written arrangement is approved.
Until then, you remain responsible for all court dates and deadlines.
